Join us for a week of deep connection to our innermost centre and a sacred journey of inner illumination.

The aim of the yoga practice on this retreat is to help you learn, understand and experience your inner fire. The fire of transformation, passion, clarity, wisdom, and joy. Each session will include asana, pranayama, kriya and meditation and will gradually build up towards a sacred fire ceremony.

While we retreat from the world and our busy life, we get a chance to slow down, unwind, relax, renew and recharge. Through holistic yoga practices, wholesome food, time to rest by the pool and relax in the olive grove or read a book and walk in nature, you will be able to drop deeper and deeper into your own sacredness.

Nestled in the mountains in Southern Spain near Antequera, Casa Libelula offers a tranquil setting for self-reflection, transformation, learning & blissful relaxation. Created with love, every aspect of your stay will inspire, invigorate and support you. 

This retreat will help you transform your yoga practice into a sacred ritual of deep connection and communication with the sacred divine. You will go home feeling rejuvenated, grounded, calm and connected to your inner flame oflight and bliss.

What’s Included:

• Morning yoga session using kriya and meditation practices followed by a dynamic asana and pranayama practice.
• Evening yoga session which will be a combination of slow flow, gentle unwind as well as deep yin and a chance to move inwards with meditation, guided relaxation.
• 1-2 evening bedtime sessions, a relaxing session to help you integrate the practices and embed the changes through meditation and yoga nidra.straight to bed
• Accommodation in beautiful twin sharing en-suite rooms.
• Free time to relax, unwind and rejuvenate, either by the pool, walking in nature or spending time
• 3 meals a day with home cooked food and drinks & snacks

About Meni:

Meni is a yoga educator with close to 30 years of practicing yoga and 20 years of teaching. Meni is also a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner as well as an Ayurveda Lifestyle and Nutrition consultant. 

Meni is able to draw his knowledge of Ayurveda, yoga texts and philosophy as well as his experience of physical movement modalities and martial arts to create a balanced, fluid and transformative practice. Combined with his love and passion for the teachings of hatha and raja yoga and philosophy and practices. Meni is able to share the timeless teachings of yoga in a way that is both relevant and transformative to modern day yogis.
