☀️May 2025 sees the first of our Lotus Lessons retreats taking place in sunny Spain – and we hope it will be the first of many.

🧘We are super excited to be hosting this retreat in the purpose built venue ‘Casa Libélula’ which is situated in the heart of Southern Spain, Antequera – near Malaga.
The retreat centre is inspired by the spirit of resident dragonflies. In almost every part of the world, the Dragonfly symbolises change, transformation, adaptability and self-realisation. The Dragonfly’s flight across water represents an act of going beyond what’s on the surface and looking into the deeper implications and aspects of life.

💛Our Reconnect retreat will focus on forming better connections – both with yourself and communities around you.

📋The itinerary we have devised allows a perfect blend of group practice, exploration and ‘me time’. The venue lends itself perfectly to being able to mix with others or escape to beautiful spaces for solitude. Practices are all in line with my personal teaching style, which allows it to be fully inclusive and suitable for all abilities. There is also a beautiful blend between restorative practice and yoga-nidra – the perfect way to reconnect with yourself.

✨The retreat includes your accommodation (single or double occupancy), 3 meals a day, unlimited tea, afternoon tea and cake and a daily serving of delicious homemade ice-cream.

🙏All yoga practice, yoga nidra, 2 workshops and a sound healing are included.

🗻There are two planned excursions, which are entirely optional (additional fee applies), and the venue offers a range of heavenly therapies which can also purchased for an additional cost.

✈️Flights and transfers are not included but transfers can be pre-arranged
