We start by establishing a strong foundation in Polyvagal Theory, nervous system regulation, consent, and boundaries. These essential concepts will guide you in creating a safe and trusting environment, crucial for impactful bodywork. You’ll learn how to use detailed client intake forms to get to the heart of your client's needs, ensuring each session is both safe and meaningful.

From there, we move into the core of the practice: the De-Armouring Technique. You’ll receive demonstrations and have plenty of opportunities to practice, gaining confidence and skill with each step. We’ll also introduce you to Chinese energy anatomy, highlighting the key areas of the body that hold tension and stored emotions. Understanding these points will enable you to target your work for maximum effect.

To further enhance your toolkit, we'll dive into the art of Chi Nei Tsang (Chinese Stomach Massage). This powerful technique complements de-armouring work beautifully, allowing you to reach deeper layers of the body’s energetic and emotional landscape.

By the end of this course, you'll have a well-rounded set of techniques and a deep understanding of how to guide your clients through transformative healing experiences. Level Two: Tantric De-Armouring Bodywork

The second part of this training builds upon the foundational de-armouring techniques. Once the body has been de-armoured, it often reveals energetic gaps that can be filled with pleasure, joy, and happiness, amplifying the healing benefits of the treatment. To fill these spaces with positive energy, we introduce the art of sensual, oil-based massage. You’ll experience step-by-step demonstrations of these techniques, followed by ample time for hands-on practice to develop your confidence and skill.

Managing sexual energy requires skill and sensitivity, and we’ll delve into how to handle this energy safely while maintaining trust, integrity, and safety at every stage. You'll learn how to hold space that feels secure, honoring your clients' boundaries while supporting them in releasing deeply held emotional tension.

This segment of the training culminates in the sacred practices of Yoni and Lingam de-armouring techniques. These parts of the body often carry emotional wounds more deeply than any other, making this work both delicate and profoundly transformative. We treat these areas with utmost respect and reverence, understanding their capacity for deep healing when approached with care and intention.

By the end of this training, you will not only have mastered advanced techniques but also embodied a new level of trust and sensitivity in your practice—ready to support clients in their journey toward wholeness, pleasure, and empowered well-being.

Introduction to Ben

During my 7 year career as a physiotherapist, I was deeply drawn to spirituality, shamanism, mysticism, and sacred sexuality. I’ve long believed that we are complex spiritual beings having a human experience. Three years ago, I transitioned from physiotherapy to Bodywork, learning from three different Tantric massage schools and have since worked with over 300 clients. I’m now expanding my offerings to a variety of in person experiences and facilitating workshops and spaces.

Alongside formal training, I have cultivated personal practices in Taoist Sexual Alchemy, studying Kundalini and continued participation in sex positive spaces and Tantra festivals.

In 2024  I took 20 people through extensive and transformative Bodywork Training Retreats in Mexico and the UK.

I have delivered workshops and day retreats on Tantra for Couples, Authentic Relating, Consent and Boundaries and Tantric Touch in the UK, Mexico and Vietnam.

What is included?

Retreat includes training in bodywork methods, education and work books, all food (3 meals a day), drinks (tea, coffee and fresh water) , seasonal fruits and exclusive use of facilities including a pool.

Food

The food will be freshly prepared Vegan/Vegetarian dishes to complement our classes throughout the week and closer to the time, we will be in contact for any dietary or allergy requirements. Gluten Free options can be catered for. Please note, we are unable to accommodate preferences beyond allergies, vegan and gluten free.

What’s Not Included

Travel fees are not included (flights, transfers). 

We encourage all participants to have full coverage travel insurance and a cancellation policy.

Travel arrangements

Air

Our closest airport is Malaga (AGP) 1 hour away by road and 30 minutes by train. Many airlines frequent this popular and easy to navigate airport including British Airways, EasyJet, Ryanair and more.  Once at the airport you can choose a transfer with us, to hire a car or travel to Antequera by train.

Hire car

Hire cars are readily available at Malaga airport, we recommend booking in advance. A 1 hour drive from Malaga by motorway. Head north on either the A45 or A46 (toll road) towards Antequera. It is an enjoyable drive up through the mountains with service stations available enroute. Once in antequera follow signs for El Torcal and then Lobo Park towards the south on the A343, we are 5 minutes south of Lobo Park

Train

Antequera AV train station is in the centre of Antequera 15 minutes away from us and is easy to reach from Malaga, Seville and Granada. The train offers a comfortable and modern service, costing around 12 Euro from Malaga. There is a second train station outside of Antequera called Antequera Santa Ana you can arrange a taxi to Casa Libelula or enquire about a pick up, the drive is 25 minutes.

There is a great bus service in Spain. Join us from Malaga Maria Zambrano Bus Station in around 1 hour. There are also great connections from Seville and Granada. Prices are great value and services usually run to time.

Cancellations

Cancellations under any circumstances made by you within 90 days of the retreat are non-refundable unless you can find a replacement in this time period. We will try our best to help you find someone but can’t guarantee a refund

The retreat deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances however can be used on a future training.

Cancellation of the retreat taking place by the leader will result in 100% refund to you.

If you arrive late or need to leave the retreat early, you will not receive any refunds for the remaining retreat experience
